The Tat Brat $500 Ink Drawing

NO PURCHASE OR APPLICATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Applying to Tat Brat does not improve your chances. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Tat Brat LLC ("Sponsor"), tatbratmodeling@gmail.com. The prize is up to $500 of tattoo work, paid by Sponsor directly to a licensed tattoo artist in Las Vegas, Nevada chosen by the winner (the "Artist"), as described in section 5. This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who are able to receive a tattoo in Las Vegas, Nevada before the prize expires. Employees of Sponsor and members of their households are not eligible. Tattoo artists who take part in this drawing as Participating Artists may not win a prize for work they would perform themselves.

3. Entry periods

The drawing has four entry periods. All times are Pacific Time.

4. How to enter (free)

During an entry period, enter in any one of these free ways. Each method has equal standing.

By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements in section 2. Sponsor will confirm the winner's eligibility before the prize is awarded.

Limit: one entry per person per entry period, regardless of method (up to four entries in total). Extra entries in the same period are disqualified. Posting with #TatBratSpookyInk or any other hashtag, applying to Tat Brat, or attending an event does not create or add entries.

5. The prize

One prize: up to $500 of tattoo work (approximate retail value $500) with the licensed Las Vegas tattoo artist of the winner's choice. The winner may choose any of Sponsor's Participating Artists (listed at tatbratmodels.com/artists), or name her own tattoo artist who is licensed to tattoo in Las Vegas, Nevada; Sponsor will invite that artist to take part. The winner books her appointment with the Artist, and the Artist confirms the appointment and the price of the work to Sponsor in writing. Sponsor then pays the Artist directly, up to $500, by the Artist's usual payment method (which may be the Artist's deposit when the appointment is booked and the rest after the session); the winner never handles the prize money. If the work costs more than $500, the winner pays the difference to the Artist. If it costs less, the remaining amount stays as credit with the same Artist for a later session until the prize expires. If the chosen Artist can't take the appointment, the winner may choose another. The work must be booked by June 30, 2027, after which the prize expires. The winner must follow the Artist's normal policies, including ID checks, consent forms and health and safety rules. Gratuity is not included. No cash alternative; not transferable.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across the four entry periods, held on or about Saturday, January 9, 2027 at Sponsor's open casting day in Las Vegas. Being present is not required to win. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Notification and claiming

Sponsor will contact the potential winner from the official @tatbratmodels Instagram account and/or tatbratmodeling@gmail.com within 3 days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within 7 days and confirm eligibility; otherwise an alternate winner will be drawn. Sponsor will never ask for payment, card or bank details, or for you to click a link to claim. Sponsor pays the winner's chosen Artist directly (section 5); the winner never pays Sponsor anything.

8. Taxes

Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

9. Publicity

Sponsor will only share the winner's name, handle, photos or tattoo session on social media with the winner's separate permission.

10. Privacy

Entry information is used to run the drawing and, if you opt in, to send Tat Brat news. It is never sold. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. General

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, from ineligible persons, or that do not follow these rules. If the drawing cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify or cancel it and, where possible, draw from eligible entries received. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
